Documents are ready...

Just FYI: the two documents have just been approved by the Webmaster as being publication ready. All the minor changes have also been pushed on the repo.

Also, Gregg added some additional info on the publishing description how to use respec to generated also a diff file for the next step (I must admit, I did not know about this possibility).
