Re: 2014-03-19 CSVW agenda (US participants note the changed time)

I’ve just made some changes to the "Model for Tabular Data and Metadata on the Web” to include the various options that we’ve talked about re locating metadata for a given CSV file. Lots of issues and uncertainties there, but I think that’s fine (even encouraged) for a FPWD.
