Yes - what Jeni said.

Even those of us who generally take it as self-evident that RDF is a
good thing, owe it to ourselves to document in a bit more detail _why_
we're so keen on mapping into triples. (In other words I don't
consider "Dan wants his CSV converted to RDF" as a use case :)
