Readiness for next PWD of Use Case and Requirements document - please vote.

The [Use Cases and Requirements document][1] is nearing readiness for its second PWD publication. At least week's conference call, I suggested that we should collectively agree whether we think that we're ready for publication.

Personally, my vote is YES. Are there any who disagree?

I'm not able to participate in the conference call tomorrow but hope that any discussion relating to publication can be resolved.
