I think we already mentioned that in the past: we do have an I18N group at W3C, whose job is to help us:-). It would help a great deal if we had all our questions listed somewhere (e.g., as issues in the document) and, once we have the next publication round, either the chairs or your truly can reach out to them asking for help.
