Suggested requirement: Alignment with relational Direct Mapping

Given a relational table that is serialized as a CSV+ document, it would 
be nice if the RDF produced by a CSV+ Direct Mapping were, to the extent 
possible, fully aligned with the RDF produced by the relational Direct 
Mapping defined here:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/REC-rdb-direct-mapping-20120927/

In the case where the relational table has no declared key, all columns 
are VARCHAR and there are no NULL values, the result should be 
isomorphic except for potentially additional information regarding row 
and column ordering.
