You should rename "location" to "href" since it's just storing the original
value of that attribute.
When you parse URLs against a base URL, you need a style sheet's URL. You
should store that somewhere it seems.
Will all of CSS reference this as the place to look for Referrer information,
base URLs, etc? Is that the plan?
