Bug ID: 22490
Summary: Parse a rule return value bogus?
Classification: Unclassified
Product: CSS
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Syntax

" return the rule obtained in step 2"
http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-syntax/#parse-a-rule0
Shouldn't it be step 3?
In general I prefer assigning the value to a variable and use that instead of
refering to a specific step.
