Summary: Update description of contrast() filter
QA Contact: public-css-bugzilla@w3.org
Severity: normal

Version: unspecified
Component: Filter Effects
Product: CSS
Draft 21 of the Filter Effects spec describes the contrast function with the
following: "Adjusts the contrast of the input. A value of 0% will create an
image that is completely black."
I think it would be more correct to say this: "Adjusts the contrast of the
input. A value of 0% will create an image that is completely grey."
