I think we should find a formula for the radius [here](https://www.w3.org/TR/css-shapes/#funcdef-basic-shape-polygon) that corresponds to the formula [here](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-backgrounds-3/#outset-adjusted-border-radius). Probably something with the ratio between the radius and the length of the lines that lead to it.
