Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-5] Should origin colors serialize as their declared value? (#12543)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-color-5] Should origin colors serialize as their declared value?`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: Close no change, update tests to match the new spec text`

<details>
The full IRC log of that discussion

<emilio> ChrisL: someone has raised an issue that the spec and wpt disagree
<emilio> ... so the suggestion was to suggest to match wpt
<emilio> ... but that's not right because it's a recent change
<emilio> ... we should update wpt instead
<emilio> PROPOSED: Close no change, update tests to match the new spec text
<emilio> astearns: volunteers for changing it?
<emilio> ChrisL: weining proposed the change so will ask him otherwise I'll take it
<emilio> RESOLVED: Close no change, update tests to match the new spec text
</details>
