@andruud Yes, as long as we could have hygienically rewritten arguments, and I think something like the rewriting + injection mechanism I outlined above could be viable, with more work. I just edited the OP to address the issues with the original proposal and take it a bit further. It's not there yet, but it should be enough to give other folks ideas about how to evolve it further. But also, if arguments are too hard, there is value in shipping it without, as long as we can add them later. Perhaps `@scoped-mixin` or `@mixin-scoped`? `@scope` instead of `@apply` is *really* interesting too.
