Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-mixins-1] Behavior for multiple `@result` rules (#13522)

@tabatkins The rules we use it on tend to be atomic (e.g. `@property`), and it would be confusing to end up with something that comes from multiple rules. The semantics are not the same here, typically rules that contain other rules do tend to combine (e.g. conditional rules).

I thought the reasons we resolved for last-one-wins in the call were the use cases around conditionals, which seem to be already covered under the previous behavior. Based on how the issue was presented in the call, I was under the impression multiple `@result` rules were currently not handled at all, not that you were seeking to change the current behavior. Re-reading the minutes confirms both of these.
