So either you use a stateful trigger here, or we could add 2 new actions like play-forwards-no-rewind play-backwards-no-rewind.

If you want a restarting animation, you can use play. I thought the reason we added play-forwards and play-backwards was for somewhat stateful non-restarting animations.
