Re: [csswg-drafts] Support for double hyphenation across line breaks (typographic convention) (#13688)

**In Portuguese**

As an additional data point: in some languages this is not only a typographic preference, but a normative requirement in certain contexts.

For example, in Portuguese orthography, when a line break occurs at an existing hyphen (e.g. in a compound word), it is expected that the hyphen is repeated at the beginning of the next line. Omitting the second hyphen is considered incorrect in formal writing.
