> I would say that if there is ever a possibility that the text may be rendered (for example, small text on a large wide desktop display) then the full text should be exposed to the accessibility API. If the text may be rendered, that's only when the layout changes, at which point it is no longer clamped, and would be exposed to accessibility APIs.
