Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-adjust-1] Specification can define non-author color adjustment behavior more clearly (#13460)

Following discussion with @fantasai, I’m closing this issue. The current specification text sufficiently describes the exposures introduced by the features defined here. While external tools and extensions may override theming behavior, as well, the scope of this specification is limited to user‑agent–level theming interactions and the theming information surfaced to authors by the UA, rather than capturing all potential theming override mechanisms made by extensions or other such tooling.
