Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-font-loading] Lack of interop on FontFace constructor. (#6236)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-font-loading] Lack of interop on FontFace constructor.`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: If a FontFace is constructed with an invalid font-family name, treat it as a quoted string rather than throwing`

&lt;TabAtkins> astearns: objections?<br>
&lt;TabAtkins> fantasai: if that's what jfkthame says to do, i'm fine with it<br>
