Yeah I can go either way on that. I leaned toward the `property-index` single keyword just to make it clear they're a unit, but I agree it's *potentially* confusable. I'd be fine with a separate `property index` pair.

That's what variables are for. We shouldn't introduce new specialized forms of variables. The sharing thing we're controlling here is *not* controllable with vars.
