Should the test associated with this issue, [`scroll-animations/css/animation-duration-auto.tentative.html`](https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/blob/24d22fd1a4/scroll-animations/css/animation-duration-auto.tentative.html), be marked as non-tentative now?
