Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-overflow-4] Confirm edit about IFCs and block ellipsis (#12826)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-overflow-4] Confirm edit about IFCs and block ellipsis`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: add examples and determine whether further edits may be helpful`

<details>
The full IRC log of that discussion

<emilio> florian: ambiguous sentence about where the ellipsis gets inserted
<emilio> ... andreubotella and I rewrote the sentence and meaning the only thing that could reasonably be intended
<astearns> https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/pull/12825/files
<emilio> ... I set this up for async resolution, but please take a minute to read it
<emilio> andreubotella: so a clamp point can be between to siblings between IFCs or two siblings... clamp point is between two line boxes
<emilio> ... we want to figure out in which line box to insert the ellipsis in any. If there is an abspos between the line and the prev ifc we ignore it
<emilio> emilio: can we put tests + examples?
<emilio> fantasai: proposed some changes, hit reload?
<emilio> andreubotella: I think it might be wrong
<emilio> ... It's not the current text that might be wrong
<emilio> ... but the previous one
<emilio> emilio: we agree on that :)
<emilio> florian: let's add examples and determine whether further edits may be helpful
<emilio> PROPOSED: add examples and determine whether further edits may be helpful
<emilio> RESOLVED: add examples and determine whether further edits may be helpful
</details>
