I've just updated the Changes section of [Media Queries 5](https://drafts.csswg.org/mediaqueries-5/). And since there have been a bunch of significant updates since its [last publication back in 2021](https://www.w3.org/TR/mediaqueries-5/), I believe it's time to publish a new WD. Media Queries 4 would also benefit possibly also needs a new publication, though I didn't check, yet, whether its changes section needs any updates.
