danielsakhapov has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-borders-4] Should `border-shape` imply scrollable or ink overflow? == Given, that border-shape can be drawn outside a border-box, I think for the purpose of hit-testing (clicking, hovering...) we should make it [scrollable-overflow](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-overflow-3/#scrollable-overflow) rather than [ink overflow](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-overflow-3/#ink-overflow) - as it seems that ink overflow is not hit-testable (but I couldn't find a spec wording for it, so maybe it just happens to be so?). But, at the same time, border-shape is [specced not to affect layout](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-borders-4/#border-shape-layout-interaction), so I wonder if there are no contradictions from the spec side to do so.
