The Bikeshed issue got fixed in the meantime via https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/commit/a37765b04caf1ee2516fb2f917cd2f0aa7f1f80d. Though that incorrectly changed the reference to `text-flow` instead of changing the ID. @alkorlos Can you please rebase your PR and fix that?
