With #13314 merged, we should add a note to CSS Shadow 1 that it is the result of merging CSS Shadow Parts 1 into CSS Scoping 1 and renaming it to CSS Shadow 1. This should probably be done before publishing it, which we [already resolved on](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/5809#issuecomment-910896765).
