@tabatkins I don't think we fully resolved on all details (per "RESOLVED: Find a solution to this"), like which keywords apply (all of them, or only a subset like `start`, `stretch` and `end`). We also didn't resolve on any of the details of the item(s) it would apply to, but the spec text looks reasonable since I think we'd only want to adjust the last item in a stack.
