Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-adjust-1] Specification can define non-author color adjustment behavior more clearly (#13460)

Maybe modifying this statement here:

to something like this would work? 

> Applying user color preferences or other non-author color adjustments (e.g., user agent modes, assistive technologies, or extension-/policy-driven overrides) via color schemes or forced colors mode exposes the resulting preferences/adjustments to the page via getComputedStyle(), which can increase fingerprinting surface.”

Kind of trying to just widen the scope from “user preferences” to include non-author interventions that produce the same observable effects.
