I have two more specs that I think should get republished: [CSS Sizing 3](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-sizing-3/) and [CSS Sizing 4](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-sizing-4/). I've updated their changes sections and added WPT annotations. Level 3 mainly got one addition with `calc-size()` plus some clarifications, while level 4 had some major updates.
