One of the concerns raised about relying on `attr()` here was that it would have to wait on `attr()` implementations. Since `attr()` was added to Interop 2026, I expect implementations to come relatively quickly. So that’s some small indication that we could wait on `match-auto` until we see whether the pattern has author uptake.
