Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-grid-3] if using `display` we should provide examples for `inline grid-lanes`, and include the `inline-grid-lanes` legacy fallback (#10961)

Looking through the minutes, it seems that @Loirooriol and @fantasai were arguing most strongly for removing the legacy syntax classification. To both of you, would you be OK with @romainmenke's compromise of leaving the new `inline-grid-lanes` as legacy for now and postponing the legacy versus two-value syntax question until the next time it comes up?
