Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-grid-3] if using `display` we should provide examples for `inline grid-lanes`, and include the `inline-grid-lanes` legacy fallback (#10961)

Small update on improving the authoring experience and docs for the multi-keyword syntax:
- [the Stylelint rule](https://stylelint.io/user-guide/rules/display-notation) has shipped, but we haven't added it to a preset (yet)
- [mdn display docs](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Properties/display) have been updated so that they don't warn against using the multi-keyword syntax. also added an example of the multi-keyword syntax in the first demo
- vscode syntax highlighting was missing for the `flow` keyword, this has been added and will ship in an upcoming release
