Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-grid-3] if using `display` we should provide examples for `inline grid-lanes`, and include the `inline-grid-lanes` legacy fallback (#10961)

We took the resolution to include `inline-grid-lanes` because proponents were strongly in favor and no one objected. Now we have an objection to that resolution.

@bfgeek @jensimmons (or any other folks in favor of adding the value) would you object to going back to the previous resolution (wait until we have compelling evidence before adding the value)?
