@tabatkins, you fixed this issue with caa961e, but I am not sure if it is an editorial change, if disallowing negative values was the original intent for these properties, and if your commit simply corrected an oversight. If this change was editorial, `mask-border-outset` is still the only `mask-border` longhand to define its numeric range in prose.
