Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-5] `light-dark()` should resolve at used value time, not computed value time (#13836)

I agree that light-dark() should match system colors, and resolve at computed value time. It's explicitly called out in Color 5 that light-dark() is meant, in part, as a way of exposing the same switching that system colors do.

Delaying evaluation to post-inheritance is indeed a larger issue.
