Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-conditional-5][css-color] Define `style()` color comparison in more precise terms (#13157)

Looking at [this small fork](https://codepen.io/svgeesus/pen/KwgbPqQ?editors=1000) of the example by @LeaVerou , I see that Firefox Nightly already implements the resolution. (note that the second-last subtest, `color(display-p3 0 none 0)` is **intended** to fail, because of the `none`, while the last subtest, `color(display-p3 0 0 0)` (and all the other subtests) pass, as expected).

Now that needs to be turned into a WPT.
