I agree it's probably a typo, but I'm not sure it's worth fixing on its own. What is this even defining? Is the "baseline min-content width" supposed to be a property of a column, of a cell, or of a table? Or maybe even a mapping from column to width, that is, an assignment of a width to *each* column? Maybe the wording in https://dbaron.org/css/intrinsic/#autocolumnintrinsic is clearer?
