@mstensho I'm trying to get this to something that can be resolved, the original proposal was: > The proposal is that when column-height is set, only if no rows fit then we should use current multicol pagination rules. Otherwise we should add as many rows as will fit in the current fragment, and when we get to a row that doesn't fit, move that entire row to the next fragment. This would prevent the issue where we get two full rows and then just one line of the third row. I'm struggling to figure out how your options modify this.
