The CSS Working Group just discussed ``[css-2025][css-text-decor-4] Add `text-decoration-thickness`, `text-underline-offset` properties and `from-font` value for `text-underline-position` to Safe to Release exceptions``, and agreed to the following:

* ``RESOLVED: add `text-decoration-thickness`, `text-underline-offset` properties and `from-font` for  `text-underline-position` to Safe to Release exceptions``
