[csswg-drafts] [css-forms-1] Do the new pseudo-elements have internal structure or are they trees of pseudo-elements? Or are they neither? (#12758)

Psychpsyo has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts:

== [css-forms-1] Do the new pseudo-elements have internal structure or are they trees of pseudo-elements? Or are they neither? ==
[CSS Form Control Styling](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-forms-1/#slider-pseudos) creates pseudo-elements with a "structure", without clearly indicating what this means. It seems like the intent is for it to be [internal structure](https://www.w3.org/TR/selectors-4/#pseudo-element-structure), as defined in Selectors 4, but it's also written very similar to how [pseudo-element trees](https://www.w3.org/TR/css-view-transitions-1/#pseudo-root) are written in the View Transitions spec. Or it could be neither, and the word structure is just chosen coincidentally.

Either way, the spec should probably be more clear about this.
