SetTrend has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-scrollbars] Add `scrollbar-border-color`, `scrollbar-border-style`, `scrollbar-border-width` properties == Very often it happens to me that I'm not able to tell whether I'm at the beginning or at the end of a document. The scrollbar colors displayed by web browsers often do not provide enough distinctive information to tell: <img width="375" height="595" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a90ea5ee-47ed-4b51-8a5a-14c330fe971e" /> From the 80's 'til the 10's we had 3D scrollbars with outset borders giving the impression of a raised scrollbar … for a good reason: Accessibility. So, I propose to add `scrollbar-border-color`, `scrollbar-border-style` and `scrollbar-border-width` properties to the CSS Scrollbars Styling Module for web authors to be able to support accessibility with their scrollbars: <img width="375" height="595" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a9c8623c-a5ee-4151-a48d-d825c03ec581" /> Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/12730 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
