I supporse part of the reason for the suggestion is that the original idea of `@supports` is that the stuff directly inside of parentheses would be property-value pairs, and any further support tests would need to use functions. Another part (as I originally mentioned) is that using this syntax would effectively prevent us from using this syntax at the property-value pair position in the future.
