Given that were invalid as custom-ident, it'd made sense to consider those strings as invalid. Additionally, if those strings are going to be serialized as identifiers, wouldn't be confusing to see the computed value as "inherit" ? just the subtle different of the use of "" to differentiate the reserved keyword.
