Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-ui] `caret-shape` definition should mention about the case of IME composition (#13055)

I'm looking at a CL that makes an exception for IMEs at https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7131558. Basically, we have the default bar shape during composition.

Attached are the two videos that show the cases: one that we have IMEs as exception (IME-compositing-with-bar.mp4) and the other not (No-IME-compoisting-CL.mp4).

It would be help to know if this is in line with your thoughts.  @masayuki-nakano, in the video I used Chinese input. I wonder if it reflects the "some Korean IME on Windows" you mentioned...
