Huh, I think that actually suggests that, for whatever reason, all the browsers are doing the wrong thing (and the tests are thus testing the wrong thing). They should be matching `(scan: progressive)`! If nobody is matching *any* value at all, then I'm not certain what the value is of having the MQ in the first place.
