Hmm, I think it's not *technically* disallowed in the current spec text, but rather is undefined. (There's no calculation context for the "ident" portions of a property, so it's undefined how %s resolve.)

This should be fixable with a little tweak of wording, now that the we have the term "calculation context" to lean on.
