W3C is willing to provide "bare metal" VMs to which Peter or some other volunteer may transfer the environment that Peter has assembled and has been maintaining. W3C is not offering to maintain that environment but will provide Peter and/or whomever the WG selects the necessary remote access to the machine(s) to continue what Peter has been doing. @plehegar and my view is that the CSS WG should move to the infrastructure that W3C supports for all Working Groups.
