Oh, absolutely not. It's a workaround for making the "zero delay" behavior still work reasonably with common user behavior. If we just have a reasonable non-zero delay, that's not needed. (And the delay is *better* than the triangle - if the user just stops and leaves their mouse in the triangle, you actually want it to still count as losing interest.)
