Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-hdr] New values for dynamic-range-limit property (#11698)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-color-hdr] New values for dynamic-range-limit property`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: Use "constrained" for the middle value`

<details>
The full IRC log of that discussion

<ChrisL> q+
<TabAtkins> ChrisL: We haven't agreed on the intermeidate values for dynamic-range.
<TabAtkins> ChrisL: agreed on "standard" and "very-high"
<TabAtkins> ChrisL: proposal is "constrained", several people suggested and it seems to already be adopted by some community members
<astearns> s/very-high/no-limit/
<TabAtkins> ChrisL: so suggest we just take it
<moonira> зкуыуте+
<TabAtkins> jensimmons: it makes sense, constrained-high was designed to work with "high" when "high" meant HDR, but that's no-limit now
<TabAtkins> Rossen5: so proposal is to go with "constrained". any other comments, objections?
<TabAtkins> RESOLVED: Use "constrained" for the middle value
</details>
