[csswg-drafts] [css-pseudo] Diagram illustrating the `::first-letter` text pattern seems wrong (#12025)

Either I'm misunderstanding the intent of the specification here, or the right-hand half of the "railroad" diagram has its components in the wrong order. What I see in the current draft is:

whereas I think the appropriate diagram would be something like:
