I agree that terminology involving `widows` and/or `orphans` here is problematic, as they are not widely understood, and even within typographic circles, usage in inconsistent and confusing. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Widows_and_orphans) `text-wrap: avoid-short-last-line` seems better than other options such as `longer-last-line`, in my opinion. A property `text-wrap: longer-last-line` is unclear (longer than what?).
